Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SudoSell (the "Service"), operated by SudoSell Developments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse refund policies, or exploit promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
3. Products & Licensing
All digital products sold on SudoSell are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the product in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the source code of any product. You may not repackage, rebrand, or resell any product (or substantial portion of it) as a standalone template, theme, starter kit, or similar offering on any marketplace or distribution platform. Using a purchased product as a foundation for your own unique end product or client project is permitted.
4. Payments & Pricing
All purchases are one-time payments processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Changes in pricing do not affect previously completed purchases. Paddle handles all applicable taxes, including VAT and sales tax, on your behalf.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason, in accordance with Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms. As our products are digital content, your cancellation right expires once you have downloaded or started to access the product. To request a refund, you may use the refund link in your Paddle receipt email, contact Paddle’s support at paddle.net, open a support ticket from your SudoSell dashboard, or email support@sudosell.com. All refund requests are reviewed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. For full details, see our Refund Policy page.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on SudoSell, including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, and product descriptions, is owned by SudoSell Developments and protected by intellectual property laws. Products purchased remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, with usage rights granted through the commercial license.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to: engage in any illegal activity; distribute malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data; circumvent any security measures of the Service; or create multiple accounts for any purpose.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your access to the Service and your account dashboard ceases immediately. Licenses for products purchased prior to termination remain valid under the original license terms, but you will no longer receive future updates or support.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SudoSell Developments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any products purchased through the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through our support ticket system. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters requiring urgent equitable relief.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SudoSell operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes not resolved through arbitration.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
